Fala Chen kept a very beautiful image and body in the recent years. Yesterday Fala shoot a new summer advertising for Reebok (a shoe product) in Hong Kong. Fala said: Im very health conscious, I often excircise to maintain a beautiful line.

During the hot day of shooting, Fala are either running around or doing jumps. The  photographer have to discuss with her about doing it seriously.

Fala also talk about her keep fit secret by doing dancing,ballet, yoga, calisthenics, play badminton, eat a lot of healthy fruit and vegetable and drink plenty of water. Fala said: I love especially Latin Dancing and play badminton for excircise.
